NOTICE OF REPRIMAND WITH CONDITION (By Consent) Case No. 16-23-GA Notice Issued: August 12,2016

Donald W. Teichman, Jr., P 37817, Center Line, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #105.

1. Reprimand 2. August12,2016 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance

Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. The panel has concluded that based upon respondent's admissions and the stipulation of the parties, respondent failed to provide competent representation to a client, in violation of MRPC 1.1; and handled a legal matter the lawyer knew or

should have known that he was not competent to handle, without associating with a lawyer who was competent to handle the legal matter, in violation of MRPC 1.1 (a).

In accordance with the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $757.67.
