DISMISSAL Case No. 14-106-GA Thomas E. Marshall, P 30633, by the Attorney Discipline Board, affirming Tri-County Hearing Panel #70's order of dismissal.
1. Dismissal 2. Effective August 26, 2015 Respondent was charged with various professional misconduct, including depositing his own funds in his client trust account, in violation of MRPC 1.15(f); and engaging in conduct that violated MRPC 8.4(a) and MCR 9.104(2)-(4).
The hearing panel found that the allegations in the formal complaint had not been proven by preponderance of the evidence and ordered Formal Complaint 14-106-GA be dismissed.
The Grievance Administrator filed a petition for review and the Attorney Discipline Board, after conducting review proceedings, affirmed the hearing panel's order of dismissal on December 8, 2015. No costs were assessed against respondent.
