NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)

Case No. 15-26-JC Notice Issued: July 6, 2015

James A. Frederick. P 35012, Alpena, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Otsego County Hearing Panel #1. 1. Reprimand 2. Effective July 2,2015 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent was convicted of driving while license suspended/revoked/denied, in violation of MCI 257.9041, in the 88-1 District Court.

Based on respondent's conviction and respondent's admission in the stipulation, it has been established that respondent engaged in conduct that violated the criminal laws of the State of Michigan, in violation of MCR 9.104(5).

In accordance with the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $785.93.
