NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITIONS Case No. 14-1S-JC Notice Issued: November 5,2014

Terry J. Nolan, P 39093, Muskegon, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Muskegon County Hearing Panel #1.

1. Suspension - 3 Years 2. Effective November S, 2014 Based on his misdemeanor conviction in the 14th Circuit Court for the continued use of narcotics/cocaine, 2 nd offense, double penalty, in violation of MCl 9.333.7404(2)(a) and MCl 333.74132-B, the panel found that respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR 9.1 04{S).

The panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for three years. The panel further ordered that respondent shall be subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $2,744.92.
