NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)

Case No. 14-66-GA Notice Issued: December 8,2014

Gary D. Hunley, P 30132, Dearborn, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #1S.

1. Reprimand 2. Effective December 6,2014 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.11S(F)(S) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Based on respondent's plea of no contest to the rule violations, the hearing panel found that respondent held funds other than client or third person funds in an IOLT A account, in violation of MRPC 1.1S(a)(3); and deposited his own funds into the client trust account in excess of an amount reasonably necessary to pay financial institution charges or fees or to obtain a waiver of service charges or fees, in violation of MRPC 1.1S(f). The panel also found that respondent violated MRPC 8.4(a) and MCR 9.104(2)-(4).

Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and assessed costs in the amount of $8S0.01 .
