NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITIONS (Pending Appeal)

Case No. 13-130-JC Notice Issued: October 13,2014 William C. Roush, P 23444, Birmingham, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri­ County Hearing Panel #79.

1. Suspension - 133 Days 2. Effective October 7, 2014 Respondent appeared at the hearing and, based on the certified copy of a judgment of conviction, the panel found that respondent was convicted, by guilty plea, of violating MCl 750. 335( a) (2)(b), a misdemeanor, in the Oakland County Circuit Court. Respondent's conduct was found to have violated a criminal law of a state or of the United States, contrary to MCR 9.1 04(5}.

The panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 133 days and that he be subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. The Grievance Administrator filed a petition for review, seeking an increase in discipline. Respondent did not file a motion for stay of discipline.

This matter has been scheduled for hearing before the Attorney Discipline Board on January 21,2015.
