NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)

1. Suspension - 180 Days 2. Effective April 30,2014 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's admission to the allegations of misconduct contained in the Grievance Administrator's notice of filing of judgement of conviction, filed in accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(2), showing that on May 20, 2013, respondent was convicted by guilty plea of the misdemeanor offense of retail fraud, second degree, in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).

In accordance with the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 180 days, commencing April 30, 2014, and that she be subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $781.24
