Eric Mader, P 75028, Tampa, Florida, by the Attorney Discipline Board. 1 . Suspension - 150 Days 2. Effective June 18, 2014 On September 15, 2014, the Grievance Administrator filed a certified copy of the May 18, 2014 Order of Discipline, entered by the Florida Supreme Court, showing that respondent had been suspended for 91 days from the practice of law in Florida, effective June 18, 2014.
