NOTICE OF SUSPENSION Case Nos. 13-111-JC; 13-112-GA Notice Issued: March 24, 2014

Katrina J. Coleman, P 44579, Lansing, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Ingham County Hearing Panel #3. 1 . Suspension - 180 Days 2. Effective March 22, 2014 Respondent did not appear at the hearing and was found to be in default for failing to file an answer to the formal complaint. Based on the judgment of sentence entered in the 54-B District Court on August 14, 2013, and respondent's default, the hearing panel found that respondent engaged in conduct that violated the criminal laws of the State of Michigan, contrary to MCR

9.104(5). The panel further found that respondent failed to timely report her conviction, in violation of MCR 9.104(2); prejudiced the proper administration of justice, in violation of MCR 9.104(1); and violated the standards or rules of professional responsibility adopted by the Supreme Court, contrary to MRPC 8.4(a) and MCR 9.104(4).

The panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 180 days and costs were assessed in the amount of $1,840.49.
