NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)

Case No. 13-100-MZ (Ref. 11-121-JC) Notice Issued: January 9, 2014

Susan G. Graham, P 55509, Petoskey, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Emmet County Hearing Panel #1.

1. Suspension - 180 Days 2. Effective December 28, 2013 The Grievance Administrator filed a petition on August 27, 2013, seeking entry of an order increasing discipline for respondent's failure to comply with a discipline order issued February 7, 2012, in Grievance Administrator v Susan G. Graham, Case No. 11-121-JC. On October 11,2013, the respondent and Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation to increase discipline to a suspension of 180 days pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5). A revised stipulation was filed on November 21,2013.

Based on the revised stipulation, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 180 days. The panel further ordered that respondent be subject to conditions relevant to the alleged misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $750.00.
