NOTICE OF REINSTATEMENT WITH CONDITIONS Case No. 11-145-RP Notice Issued: October 31,2013
David S. Feinberg, P 42854, Lansing, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board, vacating Ingham County Hearing Panel #5's order denying reinstatement and granting reinstatement with conditions.
1. Reinstated 2. Effective October 30, 2013 Respondent was suspended from the practice of law in Michigan for two years, effective March 31, 2005. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was denied by the Ingham County Hearing Panel #5.
Petitioner filed a petition for review and the Attorney Discipline Board remanded the matter for further testimony and appointed a Special Master. After conducting a further hearing, the Special Master's report was filed on May 29,2013 and, on July 31,2013, the Board issued its order
vacating the hearing panel's order denying reinstatement and issued its order of eligibility for reinstatement with conditions.
The Board received written proof of petitioner's compliance with all of the conditions in its July 31, 2013 order and issued an order of reinstatement with conditions, effective October 30, 2013. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $2.646.56.
