1. Reprimand 2. Effective August 24, 2013 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.11S(F)(S), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Based on respondent's admission, the hearing panel found that respondent's conviction of operating a vehicle while intoxicated violated the criminal laws of the State of Michigan, contrary to MCR 9.1 04(A)(S).
In accordance with the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and pay costs in the amount of $770.66.
