Effective August 12, 2013 Respondent pleaded guilty in the Oakland County Circuit Court to OWl/Per Se, 3rd Offense, a felony, in violation of MCl 257.6256D. In accordance with MCR 9.120(8)(1), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended effective August 12, 2013, the date his plea was accepted. '

The interim suspension will remain in effect until the effective date of an order filed by a hearing panel.
