NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITION Case No. 12-135-GA Notice Issued: June 20, 2013

Leonard M. Nathanson, P 18178, Farmington Hills, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #81.

1. Suspension - 90 Days 2. Effective June ~O, 2013 Respondent filed an answer to the formal complaint and appeared at the hearing. Based on the testimony and evidence submitted, the panel found that respondent failed to hold property of clients or third persons in connection with the representation separate from the lawyer's own property, in violation of MRPC 1.15(d); engaged in conduct which prejudiced the proper administration of justice, in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(1); engaged in conduct which exposed the legal profession or the courts to obloquy contempt, censure or reproach, in violation of MCR 9. 10 4(A)(2); engaged in conduct that is contrary to justice, ethics, honesty or good morals, in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(3); and engaged in conduct which violated the standards or rules of professional responsibility adopted by the Supreme Court, in violation of MCR 9. 10 4(A)(4).

The panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 90 days and that he be subject to a condition relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,814.51.
