1. Suspension - 4 Years 2. Effective May 23,20131 Respondent pleaded guilty in the Calhoun County Circuit Court to Operating/Maintaining a Meth lab, a felony, in violation of MCl 333.7401 (C)(2)(f). In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1),

respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended effective May 23, 2013, the date his plea was accepted.

Pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5), the parties filed a Stipulation for Consent Order of Discipline on September 26, 2013, which contains respondent's acknowledgment of his conviction. Based

on respondent's conviction, the panel found that respondent violated the criminal laws of the State of Michigan in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(5).

Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for four years, retroactive to May 23, 2013, the date of his felony conviction. The panel also ordered that respondent be subject to conditions

relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $797.47.
