NOTICE OF DISBARMENT Case No. 12-84-GA Notice Issued: July 18, 2013

1. Disbarment 2. Effective July 17, 2013 Respondent did not appear at the public hearing and was found to be in default for failing to file an answer to the formal compliant. Based on respondent's default, the hearing panel found that respondent failed to notify trust beneficiaries of her receipt of proceeds from the sale of property from the trust, in violation of MRPC 1.1S(b)(1); failed to promptly payor deliver funds or other property that clients or third persons were entitled to receive, in violation of MRPC 1.1S(b)(3); failed to promptly render a full accounting, in violation of MRPC 1.1S(b)(3); neglected legal matters, in violation of MRPC 1.1 (c); failed to seek the lawful objectives of clients through means reasonably permitted by law, in violation of MRPC 1.2(a); failed to act with reasonable diligence and promptness, in violation of MRPC 1.3; and failed to keep clients reasonably informed about the status of their matters, in violation of MRPC 1.4(a). The panel also found that respondent violated MRPC 8.4(a) and (c), and MCR 9.104(1)-(4).

The panel ordered that respondent be disbarred from the practice of law in Michigan. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,814.32.
