Dale V. Springer, P 24609, East Lansing, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Ingham County Hearing Panel #4. 1. Reprimand 2. Effective August 6, 2013 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contained the respondent's admission that he had been convicted of impaired driving, a violation of MCL 257.6253-A-ORD, in
54-B District Court. The panel found that respondent had committed professional misconduct that violated the criminal laws of the State of Michigan, in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).
In accordance with the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $951.81.
