NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)
Case No. 12-133-GA Notice Issued: March 15,2013 Bruce T. Leitman, P 16541, Franklin, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri County Hearing Panel #51. 1. Reprimand 2. Effective March 9, 2013 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's plea of no contest to the allegations that he exposed the legal profession or the courts to obloquy, contempt, censure or reproach, in violation of MCR 9.104(2); violated the standards or rules of professional responsibility adopted by the Supreme Court, in violation of MCR 9.104(4); and engaged in conduct involving a misdemeanor violation of a criminal law, where such conduct reflects adversely on his fitness as a lawyer, in violation of MRPC 8.4(b).
Based on the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and pay costs in the amount of $1 ,082.79.
