NOTICE OF SUSPENSION AND RESTITUTION Case No. 12-77 -GA Notice Issued: January 15, 2013 Pamela Radzinski, P 43451, Farmington Hills, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #58.

1. Suspension - 24 Months 2. Effective December 29,2012 1 Respondent filed an answer to the formal complaint and appeared at the hearing. The panel found that respondent accepted a new retainer or engagement as an attorney for another in a new case or legal matter after entry of her order of suspension and prior to its effective date, in violation of MCR 9.119(0); exposed the legal profession or the courts to obloquy, contempt, censure or reproach, in violation of MCR 9.1 04(2) (formerly MCR 9.1 02(A)(2ยป; engaged in conduct that is contrary to justice, ethics, honesty or good morals, in violation of MCR 9.104(3) (formerly MCR 9.104(A)(3)(D); violated the standards or rules of professional conduct adopted by the Supreme Court, contrary to MCR 9.104(4); failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation, in violation of MRPC 1.4(b); failed to keep the lawyer's own property separate from property of clients or third persons in connection with a representation, in violation of MRPC 1.15(d); intentionally failed to deposit legal fees and expenses that have been paid in advance into a client trust account, in violation of MRPC 1.15(g); violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, contrary to MRPC 8.4(a); and engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation, in violation of MRPC 8.4(b).

The panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 24 months and that she pay restitution in the amount of $970.00. Costs were assessed in the amount of $2,536.31.
