NOTICE OF REPRIMAND WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)
Case No. 12-112-JC Notice Issued: December 14,2012 Patrick S. Fragel, P 49717, Traverse City, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Grand Traverse County Hearing Panel #2.
1. Reprimand 2. Effective December 13, 2012 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's acknowledgment that he was convicted, by plea, in the 77th District Court, of domestic violence, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCl 750.812. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).
In accordance with the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and be subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $892.40.
