Michael E. Siwek, P 64198, Grand Rapids, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Kent County Hearing Panel #2. 1. Suspension - 179 days 2. Effective January 1, 2013 Respondent was convicted of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCl 257.6251-A. On October 26,2012, the parties filed a Stipulation for Consent Order of Discipline, pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5), which contained respondent's acknowledgment of his conv!J::tion. The panel found that respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR 9.104(5).
Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 179 days, commencing January 1, 2013, and
that he be subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $762.30.
