Case No. 17-142-PI Notice Issued: January 25, 2018 Ralph M. Sherman, P 72455, St. Clair Shores, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board's Tri-County Hearing Panel #11 .
Transfer to Inactive Status, Effective January 24, 2018. The Grievance Administrator filed Formal Complaint [Seeking to Transfer Respondent to Inactive Status Pursuant to MCR 9.121 (B)] 17-142-PI alleging that respondent is incapacitated and cannot continue the practice of law pursuant to MeR 9.121 (8).
The Grievance Administrator and respondent filed a stipulation on January 12, 2018, agreeing that the respondent is currently incapacitated and unable to engage in the practice of law, and that he be transferred to inactive status and until such time as he may be reinstated in accordance with MCR 9.121 (E).
On January 24, 2018, Tri-County Hearing Panel #11 issued an order transferring respondent's license to inactive status pOrsuant to MCR 9.121 (B) for an indefinite period and until further order of the Board.
