NOTICE OF REINSTATEMENT WITH CONDITIONS Case No. 19-124-RP Notice Issued: July 14, 2021 Beverley Nettles, P 37191, Okemos, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board. Reinstated, Effective July 9, 2021 Petitioner’s license to practice law in Michigan was suspended on September 17, 2010, for two years and 11 months. On December 12, 2019, petitioner filed a petition for reinstatement pursuant to MCR 9.123 and MCR 9.124, which was assigned to Livingston County Hearing Panel #1. After a hearing on the petition, the panel concluded that petitioner satisfactorily established her eligibility for reinstatement and on February 24, 2021, issued an Order of Eligibility for Reinstatement With Conditions. On July 8, 2021, the Board received written confirmation of petitioner’s Recertification by the State of Michigan Board of Law Examiners, that petitioner paid her bar dues in accordance with Rules 2 and 3 of the Supreme Court Rules concerning the State Bar of Michigan, and that petitioner attended the State Bar of Michigan’s seminars titled “Lawyer Trust Accounts: Management Principles and Recordkeeping Resources” and “Tips and Tools for a Successful Practice.”

The Board issued an Order of Reinstatement reinstating petitioner to the practice of law in Michigan, effective July 9, 2021.
