1. Interim Suspension 2. Effective November 8, 2012 On November 1, 2012, the parties filed a stipulation to suspend respondent's license to practice law pursuant to MeR 9.115(H)(2). On November 8, 2012, the hearing panel approved the stipulation and ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended until further order of the panel.
