NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)

Robert E. Brauker, P 72057, Saginaw, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-Valley Hearing Panel #2. 1. Suspension - 3 Years 2. Effective October 9, 2012 1 Respondent pleaded guilty to two felony counts of Social Security theft, in violation of 18 USC § 641 in the Eastern District of Missouri. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was suspended effective October 9,2012, the date of his felony convictions.

On January 16, 2013, the Grievance Administrator commenced a proceeding, pursuant to MCR 9.120(B)(3), by filing a judgment of conviction. On March 15, 2013, the parties filed a Stipulation for Consent Order of Discipline, pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5), which contains

respondent's admission that he was convicted of two counts of Social Security theft. The panel found that respondent's conduct was in violation of MeR 9.104(5).

Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for three years, retroactive to October 9,2012, the date of his felony convictions. Costs were assessed in the amount of $756.60.
