NOTICE OF REPRIMAND Case No. 20-66-GA Notice Issued: May 26, 2021 Linda C. Perkins-Moore, P 36136, Detroit, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #23.
Reprimand, effective May 22, 2021 After proceedings held in accordance with MCR 9.115 and based on the evidence presented by the parties at the hearings held in this matter, the hearing panel found that respondent committed professional misconduct during an arbitration hearing held on or about December 18, 2019.
Specifically, the panel found that respondent engaged in undignified or discourteous conduct toward a tribunal, in violation of MRPC 3.5(d);and, failed to treat with courtesy and respect all persons in the legal process, in violation of MRPC 6.5(a). Respondent was also found to have violated MRPC 8.4(a) and (c), and MCR 9.104(1)-(4).
Respondent was reprimanded. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $2,104.80.
