Respondent pleaded guilty to two felony counts of Social Security theft, in violation of 18 USC ยง 641 in the Eastern District of Missouri. In accordance with MCR 9.120(8)(1), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan is suspended effective October 9, 2012, the date of his felony convictions.
The interim suspension will remain in effect until the effective date of an order filed by a hearing panel.
