NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)

Case No. 12-74-GA Notice Issued: September 7,2012

Bryan E. Sladek, P 51912, Fraser, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #106.

1. Suspension - 180 Days 2. Effective September 6, 2012 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pleaded no contest to the allegations that he failed to treat all persons involved in the legal process with courtesy and respect, in violation of MRPC 6.5; engaged in conduct which exposed the legal profession or the courts to obloquy,

contempt, censure, or reproach, in violation of MCR 9.104(2); and engaged in conduct that is contrary to justice, ethics, honesty, and good morals, in violation of MCR 9.104(3).

Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 180 days. Costs were assessed in the

amount of $960.65.
