On February 12, 2021, Tri-County Hearing Panel #12 entered an Order of Suspension With Condition (By Consent) in this matter suspending respondent from the practice of law in Michigan for 45 days, effective March 15, 2021. On May 10, 2021, respondent, Charles A. Haas, submitted an affidavit pursuant to MCR 9.123(A), stating that he has fully complied with all requirements of the panel’s order. On May 14, 2021, the Board was advised that the Grievance Administrator had no objection to the affidavit; and the Board being otherwise advised;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that respondent, Charles A. Haas, is REINSTATED to the practice of law in Michigan effective May 18, 2021.
