NOTICE OF REPRIMAND WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)

Case No. 12-7-JC Notice Issued: July 11, 2012

Cameron S. Harwell, P 52729, Cadillac, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Wexford County Hearing Panel #1.

1. Reprimand 2. Effective July 11,2012 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's admission that he was convicted of operating a motor vehicle while visibly impaired ­ controlled substance, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCl 257.56253-A. Based on respondent's admission, the panel found that respondent had committed misconduct that violated a criminal law of a state or of the United States, in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(5).

Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and subject to conditions relevant to the admitted misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $768.69 .
