NOTICE OF REINSTATEMENT Case No. 19-97-RP Notice Issued: July 14, 2021 Nader W. Nassif, P 72557, Dearborn, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board. Reinstated, Effective July 9, 2021 Petitioner’s license to practice law in Michigan was suspended on January 6, 2015, for 180 days and on June 1, 2017, for 179 days, in two separate, unrelated disciplinary matters, Grievance Administrator v Nader W. Nassif, 14-58-AI; 14-84-JC; and, Grievance Administrator v Nader W. Nassif, 17-137-GA. On October 1, 2019, petitioner filed a petition for reinstatement pursuant to MCR 9.123 and MCR 9.124, which was assigned to Tri-County Hearing Panel #4. After conducting a hearing, the panel issued an order denying petitioner’s petition for reinstatement on June 22, 2020. Petitioner filed a timely petition for review and the Attorney Discipline Board conducted review proceedings in accordance with MCR 9.118. On November 20, 2020, the Board vacated the hearing panel's June 22, 2020 order and issued an order of eligibility for reinstatement.

Upon receipt of written verification that petitioner was recertified by the State of Michigan Board of Law Examiners and that he paid the applicable membership dues to the State Bar of Michigan, in accordance with Rules 2 and 3 of the Supreme Court Rules concerning the State Bar of Michigan, the Board issued an Order of Reinstatement reinstating petitioner to the practice of law in Michigan, effective July 9, 2021.
