1. Reprimand 2. Effective August 31, 2012 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's acknowledgment that he was convicted in the 35th District Court for permitting another to violate the motor code, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCl 257.326.notice offiling of judgement of conviction, filed in accordance with MCR 9.120(8)(2), Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).
In accordance with the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $773.70.
