1. Reprimand 2. Effective August 9, 2012 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consentorder of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.11S(F)(S). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's plea of no contest to the allegations of misconduct contained in the Grievance Administrator's notice of filing of judgement of conviction, filed in accordance with MCR 9.120(8)(2), showing that on October 31, 2011, respondent was convicted by guilty plea of the misdemeanor offense of being a disorderly person, in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(S).
In accordance with the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel accepted respondent's plea of no contest and ordered that she should be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $791.90.
