2. Effective July 6, 2012 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's admission that he was convicted of impaired driving in the 84th District Court, and of driving while license suspended, in the 58th District Court, as set forth in the Judgment of Conviction in ADB Case No. 12-15-JC. Based on respondent's admission, the panel found that respondent had committed misconduct that violated a criminal law of a state or of the United States, in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A}(S}.
Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and be subject to a condition relevant to the admitted misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $835.78.
