NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITION Case No. 11-96-GA Notice Issued: March 15, 2012 Judith H. Zock, P 49590, Allegan, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Kalamazoo County Hearing Panel #3.

1. Suspension - 90 Days 2. Effective March 15,2012 The respondent appeared at the hearing but was found to be in default for her failure to file an answer to the formal complaint. Based on that default, the panel found that respondent deposited her own funds into her IOL TA account, in violation of MRPC 1.15(a)(3); failed to answer four separate requests for investigation served upon her by the Grievance Administrator, in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A) (7) and MRPC 1.15A(f); violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, contrary to MRPC 8.4(a); engaged in conduct that exposes the legal profession or the courts to obloquy, contempt, censure, or reproach. in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(2); engaged in conduct that is contrary to justice, ethics, honesty. or good morals, in violation of MCR 9. 10 4(A)(3); and engaged in conduct that violates the standards or rules of professional responsibility adopted by the Supreme Court. contrary of MeR 9.1 04(A)(4).

The panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 90 days. The respondent filed a petition for review and request for a stay of discipline and the Grievance Administrator filed a motion to dismiss respondent's petition because it does not conform with MCR 9.118(A)(1). On February 22, 2012, the Board issued an order granting the Grievance Administrator's motion to dismiss the petition for review and modified the effective date of the suspension from January 5,2012, to March 15, 2012. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $2,112.57.
