NOTICE OF SUSPENSION Case No. 12-33-RD Notice Issued: May 29, 2012

Stephen L. Tunney, P 73644, Richmond, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board. 1. Suspension - 10 Months 2. Effective May 24, 2012 In a reciprocal discipline proceeding under MCR 9.120(C), the Grievance Administratorfiled a Petition for Order to Show Cause accompanied by a certified copy of a Final Judgment and Order entered by the Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the Supreme Court of Arizona on June 10, 2011,

suspending respondent's license to practice law in the state of Arizona for ten months, effective June 10,2011, In the Matter of Stephen L. Tunney, Case No. PDJ-2011-9013.

An order to show cause was served upon respondent on Apri/6, 2012. The 21 day period referenced in MCR 9.120(C)(2)(b) expired without objection by either party and the respondent was

deemed to be in default. Based on that default, the Attorney Discipline Board ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 10 months, effective May 24, 2012. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,506.00.
