NOTICE OF REPRIMAND Case No. 11-8-JC Notice Issued: May 16, 2012

William A. Sundquist, P 21165, lansing, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board affirming Ingham County Hearing Panel #7's Order of Reprimand and Vacating Conditions.

1. Reprimand 2. Effective May 15, 2012 Based on respondent's misdemeanor conviction of operating while impaired, a violation of MCl 257.6253, the panel found that respondent committed professional misconduct contrary to MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).

The panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and be subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Both parties filed petitions for review and, on April 16, 2012, the Attorney Discipline Board issued its order affirming the hearing panel's order of reprimand but vacating the conditions. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $2,066.82.
