ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT

On April 23, 2020, Tri-County Hearing Panel #10 entered an Order of Reprimand (By Consent) in this matter reprimanding respondent and ordering him to pay costs in the amount of $1,126.64. The Board entered an order on June 19, 2020, granting respondent’s motion for periodic payments. On January 14, 2021, the Board vacated respondent’s payment plan for respondent’s failure to comply. Pursuant to MCR 9.128, a Notice of Automatic Suspension was issued suspending respondent’s license to practice law in the State of Michigan effective January 22, 2021.
On March 24, 2021, respondent, Russell D. Brown, paid his costs and submitted an affidavit pursuant to MCR 9.123(A), stating that he has fully complied with all requirements of the Notice of Automatic Suspension Pursuant to MCR 9.128. The Board was advised the same day that the Grievance Administrator has no objection to the affidavit; and the Board being otherwise advised;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that respondent, Russell D. Brown, is REINSTATED to the practice of law in Michigan effective March 25, 2021.
