NOTICE OF ORDER IMPOSING NO DISCIPLINE Case No. 20-86-JC Notice Issued: July 1, 2021 Kenneth B. Morgan, P 34492, Birmingham, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #64.

Order Imposing No Discipline, Effective July 1, 2021 Respondent was convicted, by guilty plea of operating while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCL 257.6251-A, in People of the City of Birmingham v Kenneth Bryan Morgan, 48 th District Court Case No. 19BC06216-OD. Based on respondent’s conviction, the panel found that he engaged in conduct that violated a criminal law of a state or of the United States, an ordinance, or tribal law pursuant to MCR 2.615, in violation of MCR 9.104(5).

The panel further concluded that the specific facts and circumstances presented in this case warranted the entry of an order of discipline which imposes “no discipline” in accordance with Grievance Administrator v Deutch, 455 Mich 149 (1997). Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,878.20.
