1. Reprimand 2. Effective February 17, 2012 The Grievance Administrator filed Formal Complaint 10-138-GA on December 28,2010, alleging that respondent had committed professional misconduct. A pre-trial hearing was held on May 23, 2011, and, on October 24, 2011, the day before a public hearing, the parties submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5).
At the public hearing on October 25, 2011, the panel accepted the stipulation on the record, which contained respondent's plea of no contest to the allegation that she failed to act with diligence and promptness in representing a client, in violation of MRPC 1.3.
Pursuant to the stipulation filed by the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and that she be subject to conditions relevant to the alleged misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,135.98 .
