1 . Reprimand 2. Effective December 10, 2011 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.11S(F)(S). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's plea of no contest to the allegations that she neglected a legal matter; failed to act with reasonable diligence and promptness in representing a client; and failed to keep her client reasonably informed regarding the status of the legal matter, in violation of the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1 (c); 1.3; and 1.4(a).
Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $963.76.
