1. Reprimand 2. Effective December 7,2011 The respondent filed an answer to the formal complaint and appeared at the hearing. The hearing panel found that, while respondent continued to practice law while suspended from practice in the State of Michigan for his failure to pay bar dues.
Respondent's conduct was in violation of MCl 600.916; MCR 9. 10 4(A)(1)-(4); MCR 9.119(A)(1 )-(6); MCR 9.119(B), (C) and (E); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 3.3(a)(1); 5.5(a); and 8.4(a)-(c).
The panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,783.94.
