NOTICE OF REPRIMAND WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)

1. Reprimand 2. Effective October 25, 2011 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's acknowledgment that he was convicted in the 361h District Court of the misdemeanor offense of operating a motor vehicle while visibly impaired. Respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).
Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and ordered that he be subject to conditions relevant to the acknowledged misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $768.23.
