1. Reprimand 2. Effective October 25, 2011 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's plea of nolo contendere to the allegations that he neglected a legal matter entrusted to him; failed to act with reasonable diligence and promptness in representing a client; and failed to keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter and failed to comply promptly with reasonable requests for information, in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(2) and (4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1 (c); 1.3; 1.4(a) and (b); and 8.4(a).
Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and assessed costs in the amount of 762.86.
