On September 20, 2011, Tri-County Hearing Panel #25 issued an order of interim suspension for respondent's failure to comply with the conditions imposed the order of discipline issued in Grievance Administrator v Joshua R. Gordon, Case No. 10 -38-GA.
On October 26, 2011, the parties filed a stipulation to amend the conditions and lift the interim suspension. On November 21, 2011, the panel issued an order granting the parties' stipulation. The order of interim suspension, issued September 20, 2011, is hereby vacated, effective November 21, 2011.
