NOTICE OF INTERIM SUSPENSION Case No. 11-107-MZ (Ref. 10-38-GA) Notice Issued: September 21, 2011 Joshua R. Gordon, P 37782, Detroit, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #25.

1. Interim Suspension 2. Effective September 20, 2011 On February 15, 2011, Tri-County Hearing Panel #25 issued an Order of Reprimand With Conditions in Grievance Administrator v Joshua R. Gordon, Case No. 10 -38-GA. One of the conditions in the order provided that, in the event respondent failed to timely satisfy any of the conditions, and upon the filing of an affidavit by Grievance Administrator regarding respondent's failure to comply, Tri-County Hearing Panel #25 would retain jurisdiction and would enter an immediate order of interim suspension.

On September 8, 2011, the Grievance Administrator filed a motion for an order to show cause based on respondent's failure comply with the panel's prior order. In accordance with the February 15, 2011 order, Tri-County Hearing Panel #25 issued an order of interim suspension, effective September 20, 2011, suspending respondent's license to practice law in Michigan until further order of the panel or the Attorney Discipline Board. A show cause hearing before the panel will be scheduled.
