NOTICE OF SUSPENSION Case No. 19-41-GA Notice Issued: March 23, 2021 Lyle Dickson, P 55424, Las Vegas, Nevada, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #13.

Suspension - 180 Days, Effective March 18, 2021 1 . After proceedings conducted pursuant to MCR 9.115, the panel found that respondent committed professional misconduct while representing a client in a post-judgment divorce matter by taking action to circumvent the proper discovery process, making misrepresentations to the court; and exposing the legal profession to obloquy, contempt, censure, or reproach by being held in contempt of court.

The panel found that respondent engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice, in violation of MCR 9.104(1) and MRPC 8.4(c), by issuing subpoenas while not an attorney of record, in violation of MCR 1.109(E)(1) and MCR 2.506(B)(1) and failing to serve a copy of the subpoenas on opposing counsel on the date of issuance, in violation of MCR 2.305(A)(5); knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal, in violation of MRPC 3.4(c); engaged in conduct that involved dishonesty, fraud, deceit, misrepresentation, or violation of the criminal law, where such conduct reflected adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer; in violation of MRPC 8.4(b); engaged in conduct that exposed the legal profession or the courts to obloquy, contempt, censure, or reproach, in violation of MCR 9.104(2); and engaged in conduct that was contrary to justice, ethics, honesty, or good morals, in violation of MCR 9.104(3).

The panel ordered that respondent’s license to practice law be suspended for a period of 180 days. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $3,966.35.
