1. Interim Suspension 2. Effective June 15, 2011 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan shall be suspended until the current criminal charges pending against her are resolved. Additionally, the parties agreed that the proceedings before the panel in the instant matter - Grievance Administrator v Christina T. Heikkinen, Case No. 11-51-GA - be adjourned.
The hearing panel accepted the parties' stipulation and, on June 15, 2011, issued an order suspending respondent's license to practice law, effective June 15, 2011, and until further order of the panel.
