1. Reprimand 2. Effective May 20, 2011 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(f)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pleaded no contest to the allegation in the amended formal complaint that he engaged in discourteous and disrespectful conduct with persons involved in the legal process. Respondent's conduct was alleged to be in violation of Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 6.5(a).
Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and be subject to a condition relevant to the alleged miscondUct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $887.62.
