1. Reinstated 2. Effective May 3,2011 Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law for a period of 30 months, effective August 29, 2008. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #76. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules. On April 29, 2011, the panel issued its order of eligibility for interim reinstatement
conditioned upon petitioner's payment of bar dues to the State Bar of Michigan. On May 3, 2011, petitioner complied with this condition and his interim reinstatement to the practice of law is deemed
to be effective on that date.
On June 29, 2011, the panel issued its order of reinstatement, effective May 3,2011, and assessed costs in the amount of $1,134.08.
